We have stayed here tent camping and in a room. We love tent camping however after a hot day in the boat...the air conditioned room was nice to come back to! We are from georgia and absolutely love coming here to fish and camp or just relax and enjoy the beauty.
I have been going to this place for years, and always had a wonderful experience. However on our latest visit we were treated very rudely by a man that I assume is the manager. My girlfriends family has a lot and trailer there, we've always used the trailer and pool and never had a problem. On this day we were informed by this man, that we weren't allowed to be there without the owners of the trailer, which would have been fine had the man not talked to my girlfriend the way he did. I've never seen her so upset, so I know he must have been extremely ugly to her. I don't understand how people can be so rude, especially when working with the public. I've never had this issue before but, I can safely say we will never return to South Sauty.
Food was delicious! Service was great. Very friendly! Priced very reasonable! Can't wait to go back. Wish we didn't live so far away!!
Called and talked to the guy to make reservations. He is very difficult to deal with is all I can say. Two thumbs down. Screw him.
